If you plan to recieve a CAT reward and the paper does not print, the customer service managers at all County Market stores know the triggers for each week. Simply take your reciept to the service desk and they will get your reward for you. Sometimes, the machines run out of ink or paper, yet that does not mean you do not get your reward.
