Berries #1 Chicken and Berry salad
2 T honey mustard salad dressing Use Newspaper coupon to save $1 on 1 Ken's brand dressing
1/4 cup cider vinegar, Save $.50 on 1 Pompeian vinegar, or
Use Newspaper coupon to save $.50 on 1 Heinz brand.
1/2 cup vegetable oil, Crisco oils are all on sale for $2.99 for 48 oz, good time to stock up!
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, Use Penny Pincher coupon to buy bag of chicken breast for only $2.88 grill early in the week and use for meals quick and easy!
8 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup Dole strawberries Use in weekly ad coupon to BOGO Free
1/2 cup fresh blueberries Use in weekly ad coupon to BOGO Free
1/2 cup fresh raspberries Use in weekly ad coupon to BOGO Free
1/2 cup sugar snap peas Use Peelie coupon to save $1 on 2 Green Giant variety
1/2 cup pecans
Combine dressing, vinegar, oil and juice. Then toss over all other ingredients. Yum!
Berries #2 Simple Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Kids love making these, they are simple and fun. Use your coupons to make them affordable this week.
1 package Dole Strawberries Use in weekly ad coupon to BOGO Free
6 ounces chocolate
3 tablespoons full fat heavy cream
1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil or butter
Wash and clean the straberries and pat dry. Then in a saucepan melt the chocolate, cream and butter. Allow the kids to dip their straberries in the warm chocolate then roll in their choice of toppings. Place on parchment paper and allow to cool.
Optional Toppings: Sprinkles, Chopped Nuts, Coconut, Candy bits

This is for those 21 and older. I love blending up fruity drinks in the summer and this week allows me to sooth my raspberry desire!
1¾ oz Grand Marnier liqueur, Look for rebates in IL to save $5 on 1.
1 oz raspberry purée Use in weekly ad coupon to BOGO Free
1 oz lime juice
2 tsp. sugar syrup (warm water and sugar of equal parts fully dissolved)
1¾ oz soda water
Add Grand Marnier, half a package of Raspberries,lime juice, and simple sugar into a blender. Then remover, and add the soda water for a fizz. Pour over ice and garnish with the lime wedge.
