In class this week, one lady raised her hand to mention she never gets the max card top shopper coupons in the mail. This is a coupon that is generated when you shop our stores often. Meaning, scan that max card! The more you scan , the more you are ensured to get the coupons. It is not based upon spending-but scans.
We discovered, that the customer had moved a few years ago but did not update her max card address. Yikes, the new residents have been getting her rewards. If you have not updated your max card in a few years, you should do it now. You can do that one of two ways. Easiest is to go online to MyCountyMareket.com and click the “Update my Max Card” link. It’s right on the home page. There is also an updated email space which wasn’t around back when I got my first card.
There are also promotional opportunities with the max card. Like the VIP rewards we got last month. Yes! I’d love to save another 5% on my total shopping just for scanning my card when I shop. These types of rewards are generated for various things you do or buy. Most promotions have a 6 week window and can save you some extra bucks.
One of my club ladies told me she was worried about the store knowing what she was buying. So I talked to the Max card guy. He was very funny, he said that he has NEVER ran an individual history on a shopper. They are only looking for mass trends that can help the store provide a good overall picture of their customers. Little did I know that when I scan, they can tell that the shoppers in my store want to see more honey mustard flavored snacks, and that the shoppers in another market would prefer hot and spicy flavor. They also see patterns that help them to predict supply needs.
There is no personal match up to your Max card and the coupons you are using. There is no personal match to your penny pinchers.
One more benefit, should you lose your keys, and they are dropped in any postal mail slot we will get them. You should have seen the key pile last week-it was a doosey.
If you do not have a Max card and shop a County Market store, just drop by customer service. Update your card online today, or call the 800 number on the back of your card if you do not have internet, It’s a good reward for you.
