Higher Redemption Rates

My goal with the coupon clubs is to get as many coupons swapped weekly as possible. My other goal is to try to get as many OUT of the expired pile and IN to the redemption box as possible. This should be your goal too. Look at the coupon users around you. Most of our clubs are around 10 members in size. These customers are looking for coupons. Bring in the coupons you do not want to share with others.

If you find yourself pulling more than 100 coupons out of your organizer each month AFTER they have expired, you’re not swapping them fast enough. This week, start looking at your 10/31 exp coupons. You essentially have 2 weeks to use them. If you already know you will not use them, let them go!

Start gathering those up now that will expire soon. If you do not ad that item on sale on the next two release dates, then you know you should swap them. All coupons that end up in the swap pile and unused, will end up being shipped to our military bases. At least you are giving a fellow coupon member a CHANCE to save a bit more money.

While at club, we start by having the hostess (me) pass our new insert, and any other inserts that were sent out that were “getting old” Then we pass around the coupons in the packet each week. Your hostess will get 4 coupons sent from me. Depending on the size of your group, you will get a minimum of 1 per person. If there are left overs, you can then take them. We do this really simply, I hold it up, say what it matches on sale and that they can each have 1 the first time around the room. Then When they get back to me, I send all 4 of the left over piles around the room. You do not have to take any coupon you know you will not be using in the future. On the second passing, if you have 4 left over and you want them, ask if anyone else is interested in them or if you can have them all.

I would much rather see one customer who wants a coupon using 5 than to see them in the expiration pile or in someones organizer. REDEMPTION is the goal!

Finally, I end up saying a coupon I would like to have this week. May times there is more than one person at our table who has one I can have for the asking. Then each person present does the same, they ask for a coupon they would like to have this week. Its amazing how many of us are hanging onto coupons we DO NOT WANT, that someone else would like to have.

What coupon did you want this week? Did you ask the group for any of the extras they may have? Try it now!

All coupons listed are not available in our stores. We list them so you can order or find them to save you money.
