I'm addicted to the new Cantina chips by Tostitos. I mentioned my addiction at the last coupon meeting so several of our group picked up bags. Now we're all addicted to Cantina chips! They are like having a basket of chips at your favorite Mexican restaurant delivered to your table. So find a nice new dip recipe and excuse to buy more chips seemed appropriate for New Year's Eve. I would like credit Pillsbury for this one. I've amended the recipe to fit my "fix it fast and don't measure philosophy!" It's simple and easy, and the kids love em. Roll out dough, fill with ingredients. Then just roll back up and slice as pinwheels. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Keep some extra dressing on hand for dipping.

My darling 7 year old refuses to eat grown up meals. But she does like little bites. I discovered this little "snack" by accident, and it doubles as an appetizer.
Cube one 2.5 lb package of County Market boneles skinless chicken breasts. Coat pieces with one Kraft Fresh Take kit. Save $1 on 1 Kraft Fresh Take The kit contains both cheese mixture and bread crumbs. Bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes and you have child sized chicken bites that both kids and adults will love.
